Business Development Manager – Intermediaries

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Intermediaries to lead growth across the UK leasing sector and adjacent intermediary channels such as brokers, insurers and TPAs. The role will own the commercial agenda, nurture existing partnerships and create new routes to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the growth strategy for intermediary channels, focusing on Fleet Management Companies and the claims sector.
• Develop and expand relationships, delivering sustainable volume through existing partnerships and new business acquisition.
• Lead commercial performance, managing pipeline, conversion and revenue delivery across accounts.
• Support tender, RFP and framework submissions, ensuring proposals are commercially robust and differentiated.
• Use data and market insight to drive continuous improvement and inform commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven business development or account management experience in fleet management, leasing or related intermediary markets.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in structuring complex multi‑party agreements and managing long‑term partnerships.
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting and using CRM systems.
