About the role

Join a long‑established leader in custom apparel and garment decoration as a Business Development Manager. You will drive sales growth across key markets, build lasting client relationships, and shape the company’s sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high‑impact sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, win, and expand new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Advise clients on innovative garment decoration solutions such as screen printing, embroidery, and DTG.
• Track performance, analyse results and influence strategic decisions.
• Negotiate and close profitable, high‑value deals.
• Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development or senior sales roles.
• Experience in apparel, promotional products, or a related B2B environment.
• Commercially driven mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Natural leadership ability and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Screen printing techniques.
• Embroidery techniques.
• Direct‑to‑garment (DTG) printing.
