Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our commercial footprint across Retail & Grocery, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics and Healthcare. The role is hybrid (three days a week in the London office) and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers in target sectors.
• Build, manage and convert a healthy new‑business pipeline.
• Identify customer challenges, objectives and commercial drivers.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, delivery and account management to shape solutions.
• Guide prospects through complex buying journeys and support proposal development.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics or Healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and close deals.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
