About the role
We are partnering with a global insurance group to expand their Latent Defects Insurance and specialist engineering solutions across the South West. This is a pure growth role focused on winning new business and building lasting relationships with developers, contractors, housing associations and other key construction players.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business across the South West region.
- Develop strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Engage senior stakeholders and high‑value clients.
- Define and execute regional growth strategy and market expansion.
- Drive commercial performance for LDI and related services.
Required profile
- Proven business development success in insurance, construction, financial services or property.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Relentless drive to win and deliver results.
