Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across our European markets. You will focus on acquiring new restaurant partners while nurturing existing relationships to help them succeed online.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business sales, which will occupy roughly 80% of your time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners, supporting their growth.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Represent OrderYOYO in the field across Europe, travelling as needed.
• Complete a one‑week training program at our Manchester office.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Adaptable to a fast‑growing company and evolving industry.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maximise daily efficiency.
• Previous customer‑facing sales experience is an advantage.
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Enthusiastic personality with high energy.
