Business Development Manager

About the role

This is a full‑cycle Business Development Manager position with a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will own the sales process from the first outreach to closing the agreement, working remotely with one day a week in the Worthing office.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B opportunities through high‑volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Lead face‑to‑face client meetings and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline while consistently hitting revenue targets.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of new‑business experience (BDM, SDR or BDE).
• Hunter mentality with a proven ability to source leads and close deals.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Digital‑marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
