Business Development Manager

About the role

Veriforce is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UK. You will own the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, targeting sectors such as construction, manufacturing, public sector and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities, open doors and build a robust pipeline of enterprise clients.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, influencing senior decision‑makers and negotiating high‑value deals.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos and commercial conversations to uncover business challenges.
• Develop and execute account and sector strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Represent Veriforce at industry events, roundtables and webinars to expand your network.

Required profile

• Proven B2B new‑business sales experience managing the full 360° sales cycle.
• Consultative, customer‑focused approach with ability to articulate value‑based solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business targets in a high‑performance environment.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable owning your pipeline and results.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to thrive in a fast‑growth setting.
