Ready to take your BD career up a level? We're partnering with a leading professional services business to recruit an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow relationships and win new business across Sheffield and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with accountants, lawyers, lenders and professional introducers.
• Build relationships with partners, directors and senior decision‑makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Spend time out in the market prospecting, networking and developing new connections.
• Work closely with senior directors and technical specialists to win complex opportunities.
• Own your pipeline and contribute to the wider growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within professional services, finance, restructuring, insolvency, accountancy or law.
• Strong track record of generating new business.
• Confident operating at partner and director level.
• Commercially astute, proactive and relationship‑focused.
• Established professional services network (preferred).
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
