About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading UK training and apprenticeship provider in Leeds. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and focuses on expanding the client base across Yorkshire and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own sales pipeline to acquire new B2B clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers in target organisations.
- Close new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Promote the provider’s apprenticeship and workforce development programmes.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong experience in self‑generated new business.
- Resilient, target‑driven mindset with a hunger to succeed.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience in apprenticeships, training, recruitment or consultative sales is a plus.

- Competitive salary £35,000‑£42,000 plus OTE.
