Business Development Manager – Managed Print Services

About the role

Join Toshiba TEC’s Direct Sales team as a Business Development Manager focused on Managed Print Services (MPS). You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with SMB and mid‑market customers, and driving revenue growth across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking).
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring consistent activity to exceed targets.
• Book, attend and lead customer appointments, presenting Toshiba TEC’s print solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers using a customer‑first approach.
• Manage territory, target high‑potential accounts and become a trusted partner for businesses in the region.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and pipeline reports in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within the Managed Print Services industry.
• Track record of consistently winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable with outbound cold calling.
• Experience selling to SMB and mid‑market customers.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM and pipeline management).
