Business Development Manager – Nationwide (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking two ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth for a leading international supply chain solutions provider. The positions cover the South (based around Luton) and the North (along the M62 corridor) but are fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to contract implementation.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong market awareness and spot growth opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Keep accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development or field sales, preferably within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, retail or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and commercial awareness.
• Customer‑focused mindset with resilience and drive to exceed targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
