Business Development Manager – New Business MSP Hunter

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Camberley. This proactive new‑business hunter will focus on acquiring managed service provider (MSP) clients across the Surrey region, delivering tailored IT, cloud and cyber security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and local events.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present customised managed IT, cloud and cyber security solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new‑business sales (hunter role) within MSP, IT services or technology solutions.
• Strong experience in cold/warm calling, lead generation and B2B deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation and C‑suite negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
