Business Development Manager – Office Fitout

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our office fit‑out business. You will use your industry knowledge and network to identify and convert new opportunities, expanding our client base and delivering tailored workspace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads within the office fit‑out market.
• Leverage your existing network to open doors and build long‑term client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within the office fit‑out or commercial interiors sector.
• Strong personal network and industry connections.
• Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to sales.
