Business Development Manager – Pensions (Remote)

About the role

This is a hunter‑type Business Development Manager position focused on expanding a well‑established SIPP proposition across the UK financial adviser market. You will work remotely, building new relationships and nurturing existing introducers to create long‑term partnerships with IFAs, wealth managers and advisory firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SIPP space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent financial advisers, wealth managers and advisory firms.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience selling SIPP solutions.
• Established network within the UK financial adviser market.
• Self‑starter with a strong track record of winning new business.
• Excellent relationship‑building and commercial acumen.
• Strong understanding of the pensions and adviser market.
