Business Development Manager – Property

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our Property team’s client base. Working hybrid from Farnborough, you will leverage your existing network in the property sector to create new referral opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with estate agents, developers, and other property professionals.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions.
• Collaborate with partners and fee earners to maximise referral flows.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline using a CRM system.
• Support marketing initiatives that raise the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency, property services, mortgage or financial services, or property development business development.
• Strong network of contacts within the UK property market.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline management.
