Business Development Manager – Property Sector (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth for a recognised brand in the property sector. The role is home‑based with regular travel across London and the Home Counties, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new estate‑agency clients across the South of England.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies and manage a sales pipeline.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events and client visits.
• Drive revenue growth through a consultative, solutions‑led sales approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or property sales.
• Strong ability to close deals and build client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Target‑driven, proactive and commercially aware mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly across London and the Home Counties.
