Business Development Manager – Recruitment (Commission Only)

About the role

JRY Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for its recruitment services in logistics, transport, warehousing and commercial markets. This is a self‑employed, commission‑only position with full flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn and networking.
• Qualify vacancies, hiring needs and commercial opportunities with hiring managers and HR professionals.
• Negotiate fees, payment terms and rebate periods within agreed parameters.
• Secure signed terms of business and hand over accounts to JRY’s internal recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and attend weekly pipeline calls with the Director.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or recruitment business‑development experience with a strong track record of winning new clients.
• Confident telephone manner and excellent written communication.
• Commercially aware, resilient and highly motivated by commission.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and meet GDPR and cold‑outreach procedures.
