Business Development Manager – Remote (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning digital marketing agency as a Business Development Manager. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working remotely with one day per week in the Aldershot office.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B opportunities through high‑volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Attend and lead face‑to‑face client meetings when required.
• Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in new‑business generation or a similar sales role.
• Hunter mentality with a proven ability to source leads and close deals.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Digital marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
