Business Development Manager – Restaurant/QSR Tech

About the role
Join a fast‑growing UK tech company as a Business Development Manager focused on restaurant and quick‑service‑restaurant (QSR) technology. You will work in a field‑sales capacity, covering an assigned territory and engaging directly with independent restaurants, takeaways and small chains.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and win new business across the assigned region.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Demonstrate the cloud‑based platform that consolidates orders, delivery, loyalty, kitchen operations and payments.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers at restaurants and QSRs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
- Background in foodservice, hospitality or related sales environments.
- Full UK driver’s licence and own vehicle (no company car provided).
- Highly organised, able to manage your own diary and priorities.
- Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive base salary (£35,000‑£40,000) plus car allowance.
- Uncapped commission potential up to £20k.
- Full sales support – demos, tools and training.
- Opportunity to work across Southern, Western Home Counties or East Midlands.
