Business Development Manager – Retail POS, Visual Merchandising & Print

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Retail POS, visual merchandising and print divisions. You will work with leading brands to create engaging campaigns and expand our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across retail brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Reactivate and grow dormant client accounts.
• Present POS, print and visual merchandising solutions to senior decision‑makers.
• Prepare competitive proposals, quotations and lead client meetings and pitches.
• Collaborate with design, production and project‑management teams to deliver projects.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in generating new business within retail POS, visual merchandising, large‑format print or related sectors.
• Full clean UK driver’s licence.
• Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for retail marketing and creative solutions.
