Business Development Manager – SaaS Security Solutions

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company that helps organisations secure information, protect data privacy and govern AI. Our platform, trusted by more than 65,000 users in over 100 countries, supports standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and ISO 42001. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our commercial reach and drive new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signing.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Understand customer challenges and position our solution to deliver measurable value.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, collaborate with marketing and internal teams, and keep accurate CRM records.
• Forecast sales activity and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a SaaS business development or sales role.
• Track record of managing the complete sales process from prospecting to close.
• Strong consultative selling and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced growth environment.
• Experience handling your own pipeline and sales activities.
