Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and experiential sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients from diverse industries.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach and proposal creation to pitch delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to craft compelling client solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, track performance and report on sales metrics.
• Represent the agency at networking events, industry exhibitions and client meetings.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to long‑term business development plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within an events or experiential agency.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of the live events market.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams.
