Business Development Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

Brevere Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its Wealth Management offering across London and the South East. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with accountancy and legal practices, delivering tailored financial planning services to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new professional practice partners (accountancy, legal) to generate referral pipelines.
• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and PR team to support networking events and brand visibility.
• Present bespoke holistic financial planning solutions covering retirement, investment, estate and tax planning.
• Track and report on relationship performance, assets under management (AUM) growth and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within regulated financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Strong network within professional practices in London and the South East.
• Level 4 qualification or equivalent and experience delivering regulated advice across retirement, investment, estate and tax.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
