Business Development Representative (French speaker)

About the role

Airtable is looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to help expand its presence across Southern Europe. Based in London with a hybrid schedule, you will work closely with Strategic Account Executives in Paris and the EMEA headquarters to generate qualified pipeline and introduce prospects to Airtable’s no‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through inbound follow‑up, outbound prospecting, and strategic outreach across France.
• Research target accounts and personas to craft tailored messaging.
• Engage prospects via calls, emails, events, webinars, and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Articulate Airtable’s value proposition and conduct discovery/qualification conversations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritisation.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
• Experiment with and optimise outbound strategies to drive pipeline growth.
• Develop deep product knowledge and world‑class sales skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker.
• At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
• Interest in AI‑enabled tools and a desire to become an AI‑fluent seller.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
