Business Development Representative – Multilingual (Arabic, Spanish, French, German)

About the role

Join RELEX Solutions as a Business Development Representative and help expand our sales pipeline across Europe and the Middle East. This multilingual position is ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with diverse cultures and leveraging language skills to drive demand for cutting‑edge supply‑chain and retail planning software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound demand generation by contacting stakeholders via email, phone, and social media.
• Engage and qualify both outbound and inbound leads to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline growth through focused prospecting.
• Research target accounts and key decision‑makers to craft personalized, compelling messaging.
• Promote physical and virtual events, then follow up to qualify registrations.

Required profile

• Fluency in English plus at least two of Spanish, Arabic, German, or French.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and social platforms.
• Confidence engaging senior executives at prospect accounts.
• Independent, efficient work style with a strong can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site 2–3 days per week in a hybrid model.
