Business Development Representative (UK)

About the role

Rillet is looking for its first Business Development Representative in the UK to help build and scale the sales pipeline for its Agentic ERP platform. You will work closely with the GTM leadership and Business Development team, engaging CFOs and finance leaders across startups to global enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate the outbound motion by testing messaging, channels, targeting and measuring ROI.
• Lead personalized outreach to high‑priority accounts, converting cold and warm leads into qualified opportunities.
• Partner with the GTM team to provide feedback on MQLs, campaigns and prospect engagement, actively driving pipeline growth.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying calls and guiding early evaluation stages.

Required profile

• Experience in Sales Development, Business Development or a similar customer‑facing role at a high‑performing SaaS startup or consulting firm.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive, action‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
