Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Business Development Specialist for its London office. The role supports the Finance, Business Restructuring and Real Estate practices, working across UK and European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of strategic business development initiatives.
• Prepare pitches, proposals and client‑facing materials.
• Coordinate events, client meetings and market research activities.
• Maintain marketing collateral, internal reporting and profile‑raising efforts.
• Collaborate closely with partners and global colleagues to drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Understanding of finance or private capital markets is advantageous but not essential.
