Business Director – Moshi Creative Agency

About the role

The Business Director will lead commercial growth and strategic positioning of Moshi, Carwow’s in‑house creative agency serving OEM partners. This senior leadership role bridges commercial, creative and production teams to deliver high‑impact, scalable solutions that generate measurable value for automotive clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own Moshi’s revenue performance, identify new opportunities across creative campaigns, product launches and strategic content partnerships, and embed Moshi into OEM deals.
• Lead senior OEM relationships, position Moshi as a strategic creative partner, and ensure high client satisfaction, retention and upsell.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across markets, converting one‑off projects into repeat engagements and long‑term partnerships.
• Establish scalable delivery processes, improve resource planning, workflow efficiency and margin protection while reporting on project performance.
• Lead and develop Moshi’s client services and delivery teams, defining an operating structure aligned to growth ambitions and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Significant senior commercial or client‑leadership experience within a creative, media or agency environment.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing senior OEM relationships and building strategic pipelines.
• Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing, content and creative production, and automotive/OEM marketing.
• Experience working across multiple markets and cross‑functional teams with a commercial‑focused mindset.
