Business Intelligence Developer - Financial Planning/EPM/CPM

About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join a global FTSE100 organisation. Working closely with the Group Head of Consolidation & Reporting, you will maintain and evolve the IBM TM1 finance consolidation system and create powerful Power BI dashboards for finance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support the architecture, build and maintenance of the TM1 finance consolidation environment.
• Use SQL to extract and transform data, ensuring a single source of truth for the finance team.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI/TM1 dashboards that deliver real‑time insights into P&L, cash flow and commercial trends.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to preserve data integrity.
• Automate manual, repetitive processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on TM1 tools and best practices.
• Support non‑financial data submissions and reporting for operating companies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with IBM TM1 or a comparable financial consolidation platform.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining tables and aggregating large datasets.
• Strong experience building finance‑focused dashboards using Power BI or an equivalent tool.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least two days per week on‑site.
