Business Intelligence & GTM AI Associate

About the role

Primer is looking for a Business Intelligence & GTM AI Associate to own and evolve the intelligence layer that powers its go‑to‑market teams. You will maintain dashboards, improve AI‑driven query tools, and ensure data quality across the GTM stack.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance GTM dashboards and data models, identifying gaps and building new views.
• Continuously train the Omni AI model (and Claude) to return accurate natural‑language query results.
• Own the semantic data layer, work with data engineering to optimise performance and add missing data sources.
• Build pipeline and account intelligence models that surface engagement signals and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure Salesforce data is clean, well‑structured and fully leveraged in reporting and forecasting.
• Define field definitions, naming conventions and data quality standards for the GTM tech stack.
• Create and maintain the GTM knowledge base that feeds AI tools and develop AI‑enabled workflows with Claude.
• Drive adoption through training, documentation and impact measurement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analytics, BI or RevOps, comfortable with complex datasets.
• Strong SQL proficiency, able to write joins, window functions and aggregations.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of APIs and ability to integrate data from external sources.
• Experience modelling Salesforce (or similar CRM) data for reporting and AI consumption.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
