Business Management Graduate Programme 2027 – Croydon

About the role

Join Zurich Insurance’s 27‑month Business Management Graduate Programme in Croydon, starting September 2027. You will rotate across key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in claims, underwriting, risk assessment and operational excellence while working towards a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage the complexity of insurance claims and underwriting processes.
• Assess risks, deliver stakeholder reports and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee projects that add value to the business and customers.
• Potentially lead a team and contribute to commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Drive, enthusiasm and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• Flexibility to relocate across UK offices as part of the rotational scheme.
