Business Management Graduate Programme 2027 – Farnborough

About the role

Join Zurich Insurance’s 27‑month Business Management Graduate Programme in Farnborough, starting September 2027. You’ll rotate across key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in claims, underwriting, risk assessment, reporting and operational excellence while building a network across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through claims, underwriting, risk assessment, stakeholder reporting and operational projects, developing a comprehensive view of the business.
• Lead and contribute to projects that deliver value to customers and the organisation, with the potential to manage a small team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Excellent organisational, influencing and teamwork abilities.
• Drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
