About the role

Join Zurich’s 27‑month Business Management Graduate Programme in Swindon, starting September 2027. You’ll rotate through key insurance functions, gaining hands‑on experience in claims, underwriting, risk assessment, stakeholder reporting and operational excellence while building a strong foundation for a future leadership career.

Key responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the complexity of claims, underwriting, risk assessment, and delivering reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee projects that deliver value to the business and customers, and develop commercial and technical know‑how.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Drive, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, plus flexibility to relocate across UK offices.

What we offer

• £30,600 starting salary with two performance‑related pay reviews per year.
