About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Management Lecturer to join a well‑established university in London. The role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to shape undergraduate business and management programmes while supporting student success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars across a range of Business and Management modules at undergraduate level.
- Design, set and mark coursework and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Offer academic guidance and pastoral support to help students progress and achieve their goals.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to departmental initiatives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline.
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGCHE, HEA Fellowship or equivalent).
- Minimum two years of teaching experience within UK higher education.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to academic excellence.
