Business Manager – COO Team (VP level)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Manager to support the COO team of Marex Solutions. The role will help build operational infrastructure, drive sales initiatives and deliver projects that enable rapid growth of our cross‑asset derivatives business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project plans for new sales initiatives, product launches and business line expansions.
• Manage daily ad‑hoc requests from the Sales team and contribute to process improvements.
• Evaluate existing sales processes, identify automation opportunities and work with Front Office, Support and Control functions to implement solutions.
• Improve management information, KPIs and reporting to guide business decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Solutions business and the wider group’s control and support functions.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a financial services environment, preferably with structured or exotic OTC derivatives.
• Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate stakeholders and deliver results in a fast‑growing setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and automation.
