Business Manager – Hybrid (Recruitment)

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Business Manager position within our North Territory, focused on recruitment sales for transport, logistics, driving and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, networking and market research.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Oversee the full fulfilment cycle of bookings, ensuring suitability and timely delivery.
• Monitor service levels, resolve issues and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
• Work closely with the Talent team to align resource availability and pipeline planning.
• Provide regular updates, forecasts and industry insights to clients.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Ambitious, commercially minded with a high‑energy sales approach.
• Strong client relationship and account growth capabilities.
