Business Manager – Hybrid (South West England)

About the role

M4 Talent Group is launching a brand‑new Business Manager position in the South West Territory. The role combines new‑business development, account growth and end‑to‑end client fulfilment, allowing you to make a measurable impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, networking and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and candidates to support retention and account growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end fulfilment of bookings, ensuring suitability and timely delivery.
• Monitor service levels and address any issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the talent team to ensure resource availability and effective pipeline planning.
• Provide regular updates, forecasting, reports and industry insights to support clients and enhance business performance.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Ambitious and commercially minded with a high‑energy approach to sales.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end client fulfilment and ensure booking quality.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to expand a personal territory.
