Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
• Run and contribute to a 360‑recruitment desk.
• Drive business growth across several specialisms.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Expand market share throughout the Newcastle region.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter.
• Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership.
• Strong commercial mindset and business‑development capability.
• Motivating, hands‑on approach to coaching and developing others.
• Ambition to build and grow a high‑performing team.
• Adaptable, open‑minded and able to work across multiple specialisms.
