Business Performance Placement – 12.5‑month Internship

About the role

The Business Performance Placement is a 12.5‑month internship based at Airbus' Broughton site in North Wales, working within the Facilities Management & Real Estate team. You will work directly with the Head of Performance Management, coordinating projects and gaining experience across performance reporting, risk management, supply chain and quality systems.

Key responsibilities

• Performance & Reporting: analyse data, simplify messages for management decisions and support senior performance reviews.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: identify business risks early and turn operational challenges into opportunities.
• Supply Chain Management: build relationships, monitor performance and coordinate logistics with external partners.
• Quality & Business Management Systems: understand and support Airbus’ quality and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (full‑time) studying Business, Management, IT, Project Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analysis and ability to work with international teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and leadership potential.
