Business Process Analyst – AI & Data Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join a large‑scale AI and data transformation programme in London. You will act as the bridge between operations and technology teams, identifying where AI can create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Review business areas to understand current processes and workflows.
• Identify and prioritise AI and data opportunities that deliver ROI.
• Map processes and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Support scoping and shaping of work for technical delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable impact and value.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and challenge assumptions.
• Help transition organisations from current‑state to AI‑enabled future state.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
• Strong skills in process mapping, modelling and improvement.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience working on data, technology or transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset focused on value and outcomes.
