Business Studies Teacher – Secondary School (Swale)

About the role

We are partnering with secondary schools in Swale and surrounding areas to recruit a Business Studies Teacher for September 2026. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary and the chance to inspire students across Key Stages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for Key Stages.
• Inspire and motivate students using proven teaching strategies.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
• Contribute to the development and success of the Business Studies curriculum and department.
• Teach occasional Computer Science lessons when required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS, overseas police checks (if applicable) and provide professional references.

Required skills

• Strong behaviour management strategies to maintain an optimal learning environment.
• Ability to teach occasional Computer Science lessons.
• Experience delivering Business Studies curriculum across Key Stages.
