Business Studies Teacher – Secondary Schools (Thanet)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Studies Teacher to join secondary schools in Thanet from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Business Studies lessons for Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
- Inspire and motivate learners using proven teaching strategies.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Business Studies curriculum and department.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
- Willingness to deliver occasional Computer Science lessons.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
