Business Support Executive

About the role

The Business Support Executive will join a leading telecoms and technology company, providing essential sales and operational support to a wide range of customers. Reporting to the Account Management team, you will help maintain accurate contract records and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers across assigned accounts, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of contracts and customer information.
• Identify and generate revenue opportunities, including cross‑sell and up‑sell.
• Engage regularly with accounts to communicate new product releases.
• Act as primary liaison for vendor relationships on behalf of customers.
• Assist the Account Manager with quoting, order processing, billing and invoicing enquiries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet targets.
• Hard‑working, curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience in sales operations.
• Database management capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary of £28,000 per annum.
• Permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
