Business Systems Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a leading UK manufacturing and supply‑chain organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. The role is hybrid, based in Surrey, and will place you at the centre of a multi‑site operation, working closely with business stakeholders to modernise processes and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Support enterprise‑level transformation projects, including automation and cloud‑native initiatives.
• Document solutions using industry‑standard tools and maintain up‑to‑date process models.

Required profile

• Extensive SQL proficiency.
• Good understanding of programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Experience in systems thinking and business process modelling.
• Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Visio and Lucidchart.
• Exposure to the software development life‑cycle.
• Based in or around London and able to travel on‑site at least three days per week.
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
