Business Systems Analyst – Hybrid – Up to £60,000

About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a leading UK manufacturing and supply‑chain organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. The role is hybrid, based in Kent with regular on‑site visits, and offers a salary of up to £60,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes across multiple sites and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the rollout of digital platforms, automation and cloud‑native solutions.
• Document workflows and system designs using industry‑standard tools.

Required profile

• Extensive proficiency in SQL.
• Good understanding of programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Experience with systems thinking and business process modelling.
• Familiarity with the software development life‑cycle.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi‑site environment and travel on‑site at least three days per week.
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK and residence in or around London.
