About the role
Victim Support Scotland is seeking a Business Systems and Insight Officer to join the team on a full‑time, 35‑hour week. Working primarily from Glasgow (with hybrid flexibility and the option to work from Edinburgh), you will support organisational planning and the development of the information systems that drive our service delivery and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of the organisation’s CRM and related information systems.
- Coordinate system improvements and change processes across service delivery, national teams, and the IT & Digital Services team.
- Develop and maintain tools to record business plans, track progress against organisational objectives, and produce insight for decision‑making.
- Manage contracts with external system developers, including the primary CRM developer and phone‑system providers for the National Support Centre.
- Ensure data integrity and support data‑driven reporting across the charity.
Required profile
- Experience supporting the implementation and development of information systems, preferably in a nonprofit or public‑sector environment.
- Proven ability to liaise between service, technical, and senior stakeholder teams.
- Strong organisational and project‑coordination skills.
- Willingness to work hybrid, based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
- Full‑time availability (35 hours per week).
