Business Systems Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems Delivery Lead to join DCK’s Business Systems team in Billericay. The role combines business analysis and project management to deliver technology and transformation initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and gather functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and process‑mapping activities.
• Translate requirements into clear system and delivery specifications for internal teams and third‑party partners.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of business systems projects, from concept through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, track risks, issues and dependencies, and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and go‑live activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Support onboarding of new business system requirements and drive continuous improvement through technology and automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Delivery Lead or similar within a retail head office.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technology or business systems change across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong requirements‑gathering, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
