About the role

We are seeking a passionate Business Teacher to join a high‑achieving secondary school in Reading from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging Business lessons to students across the secondary age range and contributing to a supportive, innovative department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Business lessons that challenge and inspire learners.
• Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain high expectations.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Business or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge of the UK Business curriculum.
• Genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
