Business Travel Consultant - Glasgow & Edinburgh

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a new Business Travel Consultant based in Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will combine your passion for the industry, an alternative mindset and diverse operational knowledge to deliver top-notch service for clients, making their business travel simpler, safer, more productive and a great experience for their employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to clients so that their business travel is simple, safe and productive.
• Identify business needs proactively and take steps to improve efficiencies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, working both independently and in a team.

Required profile

• Desire to learn and a forward-thinking approach to identifying client needs.
• Strong customer focus and service ethics.
• Positive, open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt.
• Energy and a collaborative spirit.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS systems; Amadeus is desirable but not essential.
• Industry and travel knowledge.
