Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our independent travel management company serving corporate clients across Kent and Surrey. The role is based in Sevenoaks and offers a hybrid working model, combining office time with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with corporate clients to understand travel needs and recommend suitable destinations, transport modes, dates, costs and accommodation.
• Maintain high‑level customer service, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Process bookings, manage changes, handle complaints, refunds and any travel disruptions.
• Monitor account performance, report concerns to team leaders and collaborate with account managers.
• Continuously review processes and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in corporate travel.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, detail‑oriented service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Amadeus Global Distribution System.
• Experience using CRM systems for client management.
